Who We Are

What started as a simple idea shared with a small group of moms quickly grew into something bigger—an effort to bring support back to her own community.

“We barely got anything in Okeechobee for autism kids so I asked my mom’s group, ‘Would you want to do a little party?’” she said. “I got one resource vendor and it just blew up.”

Now, that idea is turning into a community event that will bring together more than 40 resource vendors—giving families access to services and support closer to home.

At the center of it all is Delilah, who Mullings says continues to inspire her every day. Once nonverbal, she now sings at church—a moment that reflects just how far they’ve come.

“I want my testimony to help mothers,” Mullings said. “Now I know, because I’ve been through it, so I can help other mamas.”

What We Do

What began as a personal journey as a mother raising a child with autism has grown into a heartfelt mission to support, encourage, and connect local families throughout the Okeechobee community.

Through Jasmine's own experiences, Jasmine recognized the challenges many families face when seeking resources, services, understanding, and support. Rather than accepting those barriers, she chose to become an advocate, helping create a stronger network for parents and caregivers navigating similar journeys.

Today, Jasmine is helping families build connections, find resources, share experiences, and remind one another that they are not alone. Her passion for serving others is making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families throughout our community.

Mullings says her goal is simple: to make sure other families don’t feel as alone as she once did.

If you heart calls you to help....here is how:
